Does not connect, does not start, the green LED light is pulsing, and it does not work as a classic doorbell.
I am experiencing an issue with my Netatmo Smart Video Doorbell. After powering it on, the LED on the device keeps blinking green and does not stop, regardless of the power source:when connected via USB 5V 2A,and when connected to 230V AC through a transformer.The device does not proceed to the next stage of setup.

Hello. I'm having trouble configuring my Dorbell. The LED keeps flashing green. I disconnected the doorbell from the 230V power supply and connected it to USB, and the doorbell keeps flashing green. I can't reset it/the reset button doesn't work when pressed. Please help.

Yes, I am having a similar problem however it functions normally when I try to reset it and then it shows the right colours as per instruction for resetting. However, when back on wall mount it just pulsates green.
