Outdoor module unable to connect

Outdoor module shows on app. Even battery state is clearly indicated as sufficient. It further shows relay station is the weather station indoors, which is correct.
Radio signal shows full signal available.

However the outsid temperature does not show on the weather station.
Resetting, moving to closer or more distant spacing, connecting or re-connecting weather station to wifi, nothing helps to remedy the connection to the outside module.

I am out of oprions ...

    I had the same problem, a small part of the PCB where the sensor is attached is exposed to the weather.
    My outdoor unit did connect and report to the indoor hub bnt the temperature did not change.

    Enclosing a picture of the sensor SHTC3.
    The acctual size is 2x2x0,7 mm

    Thanks for your comment LarsOska,

    I will detach the module from its place, where it hangs normally without getting any form of precipitation or direct sunlight, to see if this would be my cause as well.

    Intermittently I was made aware of 'server'-problems at Netatmo. But it seems that it is a simple hardware problem, the same as with LarsOska.

    Due to corrosion the outside module simply stops functioning reliably.
    So, I have decided to say goodbye and ordered new components from a different company hoping that (for a lower price) I get equipment that I can count on for a longer period.

    Same issue. I’ve deleted and reinstalled a couple times, replaced batteries, all to no avail. Outdoor module is providing no readings and is useless to me.

    My outdoor module quit sending data after about 5 years. I tried to buy a new outdoor module but the eshop won’t let me complete an order. I live in the US. It asks for my state of residence in French. I select Illinois from the drop down menu and it comes back with an invalid region error.

    I have exactly same problem. Outdoor module out of order last two weeks, changed battery, no corrosion, simply would not connect. Seems died. And it is impossible to buy a new outdoor module itself. (stand alone) as the rest of my Netatmo weather station works ok - base unit, rain gauge, several indoor modules....I will not buy a "new" whole station as I need only to replace outdoor module....

    All set up was working ok for more than 6 years....what to do?

    I have the same problem. I have three Netatmo Weather Stations on three different houses and locations. On all of them, the outdoor unit has stopped delivering data to the main stations during December.
    All of the outdoor units are well rain and moisture protected, so that should not be a problem.
    I changed batteries, and the green light blinks on the outdoor unit when the batteries are inserted, so the unit should be fine.
    What is wrong? Seems like many have the same problem.

    I finally opened a ticket with support, they sent me a discount voucher and I purchased a new outdoor module and my station works again….it was not a free replacement, because my station is many years out of guarantee…

    Just followed steps via mobile App Netatmo. New module must blink green when adding. Must delete existing one and add new one.

    vojta 66, how do you contact support? I've tried but no answer!
    The outdoor unit no longer shows the temperature. The station is a little over 2 years old.
