Error 13 (firmware upgrade)

Hello!

I had to buy a used Netatmo Thermostat but I can't complete the installation because the software (either the Energy app or the new Control app) tries to perform a firmware update which however generates the following error:

(Workflow BlockError: Optional("Missing Interruption: Oops! An unknown error number 13 has occurred."))

Is there any reset or something to do to be able to use the thermostat again?
