base station wont connect nor will my rain sensor not connect to the base.

Got a new WiFi system in a new home, initial i got the base station to work but could get the outdoor temp and rain gauge to connect at all. I reset everything the best I could now nothing will connect, i get an error when it says to plug in the base station and that is all the further I can go now.
