This is crazy. I have a Netatmo in the weather. I have an outdoor camera. I bought an indoor one plus door and window sensors, and I've been trying to install the camera for two days, and nothing. When it works with HomeKit, your app says I need to set up WiFi. Now, neither the security app nor HomeKit works. I reset it. I took my Mac and tried installing it—everything's fine, but what good is it if your app still doesn't recognize it and HomeKit doesn't either? You used to be a great company that makes great products. Now what's happening with Netatmo? I'm going to freak out and make a TikTok reel with information about how Netatmo makes a product that can't be configured. The product is new, out of a sealed box!!! No. SE GAA36C0. Any suggestions!?
