Weather Station in a setup loop

Hello,

I purchased 2x additional Weather accessories and everything has gone down hill from there. That should be a simple - Add additional items. 

Now, Weather station is reset and stuck saying "already-installed-in-home-but-isn'nt"

- I did the simple reset until the light is flashing red, I confirm , wait but the process loops back to the above
- I did the longer 20 second hold the button at power on - 5 quick red flashes - wait but the process loops back to the above

- I login into the online computer browser and it doesn't even see my Rooms or original Devices Purchased (Weathered station internal and external) -I am forgetting the additional internal new devices for now)

Please provide clear instructions on this mess of Account Sync between the APP and Computer access method and how to get out of the loop of "Already Installed".

I can do nothing with the APP as it keeps kicking off the "Setup" which brings me back to the Loop!!!

    Same problem. Netatmo clearly has a software problem. I have 3 cameras and a weather station installed and working, but have tried to connect a new camera 3 times, and have returned them each time. Now I got another weather station, and tried to install it but get into an impossible loop no matter how many times I reset. Inexcusable for products that cost this much.
