True Temperature only works for one day.

The True Temperature function needs to be readjusted every day on my device. Netatmo customer service doesn't seem to be responding to inquiries about this. I now have to increase the temperature setting on the valve to 19.5 degrees to get the desired room temperature of 18 degrees. The True Temperature function should actually be handling this automatically. Resetting all the valves didn't help. It's very frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

    I'm facing an issue with true temperature too. Yesterday the true temperature option apperead into "Home + Control" app but nothing happend after appling the offset. I agree, soooooo frustrating.

    I have same issue. I need to set True temperature every day. It works only few hours and than it come back to default. Its unusable...

    He comprado 3 nuevas valvulas y la de la cocina marca 7ºC de mas y no puedo ajustarlo en la App, por favor solucionen este problema

    True temperature is still not working as intended. It works only for one day. The next day True temperature is not working and has to adjusted new.

    Temperature readings drift up continuously in my valves…..no way to keep them stable
