Cannot access to Thermostat options and other configuration sections
Recently, since nearly a week, i've noticed that I'm not able to access to Thermostat options like the selected algorithm or hot water temperature setpoint using Home control or Web App.
Also, it's impossible to access to the section "Thermic comfort" which allows to switch the preheating.
Both functionalities are blocked with the same behaviour. Once the user tries to access a loading spinner is shown and never finish this loading action.

UPDATE:
I had contacted to the official support of legrand at 11th of December and the official answer was that the iOS app had and issue that they were trying to fix and meanwhile they suggested me to use the android app.
After that regrettable response I tried using the android app with my account in an older android phone with the latest version of the app and I was able to access to the same menus that was causing troubles in iOS app.
Furthermore after accessing using the android I tried again in my iOS phone and magically the problem was fixed for my account.
Also, my thermostat is shared between several Netatmo accounts so I had to repeat the same procedure using both phones (Android and iOS ) with each account to successfully fix the issue in all accounts.
Of course I had shared this discovery with Legrand and Netatmo support but as I expected I’m still waiting a reply.
