Valve Working Even Reaching the Desired Temperature

I have eight different valves in my house. Five of them have no problems. However, three of them are not working within the limits I've set. Even when the room is at the desired temperature, they decide to operate on their own. I've removed and re-installed them and calibrated them numerous times. I can't solve this problem and am about to stop using them. Please help.

    I have the same problem. In my bathroom I have 29 degrees and it is set to 21. I try to decrease that manually or just even try to close it using Control app. It is completely ignored and I’m not able to turn the radiator off. What the heck is wrong with this thing. Please, fix it asap, it’s unusable trash for now…
