Outdoor Shield for Smart Weather Station

I want to know if to fix, outside, Outdoor Shield Cover for Smart Home Weather Station, I can find an accessory at Netatmo?

I mention that I want to fix it on the PVC frame of the window, but I would not like to drill holes in the PVC. Is there any adhesive resistant both to the sun (summer temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius), but also to the cold (winter to -17 degrees Celsius)? 
Is the this accessory  is compatible with the Outdoor Shield, which has a screw hole at the bottom?
