Outdoor camera infra red fail

The infra red lights do not come on at night in our netatmo outdoor camera and the floodlight won't turn on from either presence or via the app. Thus the camera is pretty much useless at night and records no footage.

Daytime however is fine. Camera images stream to the app and playback is ok, which makes me think it is not the SD card. No messages or errors in the app.

The  camera is on latest firmware and the original SD card which I don't want to change as it is difficult to access and re-seal. It has had a few connection problems (often after app updates) over the years but before this recent issue the camera was fine for a few months. Since, I can think of one instance where the floodlight did come on from presence last week but this was a surprise and I can not replicate.
