Video previews on Netatmo Security App
Since an upgrade in December, 2025, the Netatmo Security App on my iPhone (iOS 26.2) no longer shows video previews when only one person is seen. However, it shows at least one preview when more than one person is seen in the video.
Update after update since December and this issue still remains. Please advice on what to do!

No issues with the aspect ratio. Everything normal again.
Except that no notifications appeared on my iphone, apparently after a firmware upgrade. I had to delete the Security app and re-install it. Now all fine again.
Still no thumbnails and aspect ratio is wrong for my system. What is last firmware number? Mine is 2.26.0

Aspect ratio already long time terrible. Server connection problems after motion detection etc.
Same firmware here. Thumbnails are there, but are often late when you access the app. If you get a notification, the "perpetrator" is usually gone before the thumbnails are visible. My network is 1 gb/s and good wifi on the doorbell location. I.e. it is a serverside delay.
I have thrown away all Netatmo cameras, except for the doorbell, as I have not found an alternative yet. Due to the size of the house, I need to be able to operate a normal doorbell system and not only an electronic buzzer that is connected wirelessly to the doorbell. I also need a doorbell with immediate notification (and not when the visitor is long gone). Any suggestions welcome.
I have an additional problem: when I open the dialog for cloud-store (Dropbox or ftp) the application crashes consistently. Using iPhone. Do you have this issue, too?
It still works on my iphone app. Iphone firmware 26.4.1.
The Home and Security app (Android) had an update last night: Aspect ratio finally is normal.....
Aspect ratio issue fixed. Still no thumbnails in my system. Doorbell firmware 2.26.0 and last app update in Android.
