Relay not automatically reconnecting to wifi after power switch-off and on

Each time I disconnect and reconnect the relay to the power it won't reconnect automatically to the wifi, I have to reconfigure it. Power-off lasted less than 5 minutes.
Any idea why? My brother thermostat+relay are reconnecting automatically after each power outage.
