Home Control App returns "Wrong Password"
I'm trying to connect a Green'Up Home EV charger from Legrand to WiFi using the Home + Control app.
The WiFi signal at the charger is very strong -- there's a range extender less than 5 meters away in the carport. I have no issues connecting other devices using the same password to this extender, which receives a strong signal from the primary router.
When I go through all the "WiFi setup" steps with the Home + Control app, the app finds the extender (and other available WiFi networks). However, it refuses to accept the password, simply returning a "Wrong Password" error.
When I open the Home Control app, there's a red bar at the top saying "Green'Up Home unreachable" -- clicking that invites me to complete the setup process. Under "Electrical appliances", the Green'Up Home is listed, but greyed out.
I've gone through the setup routine multiple times, using my telephone and a tablet (both Android). I've tried resetting the EV charger and restarting the product registration process from the start. Nothing seems to work. The rudimentary nature of the Home _ Control doesn't allow for any type of manual configuration.

I found the problem and a fix:
My telephone's operating system is in English, even though I live in France. As a result, I can only download and install the English version of Home + Control from the Play Store. However, the Green'Up Home doesn't appear capable of resolving the conflict between the English-language app and my French location.
This is a bug that should be corrected.
The fix: I used an old phone that I had reset to its factory French settings. This allowed Home + Control to recognize the password and connect the Green'Up Home to my WiFi network. And now I'm able to use the Home + Control app in my English-language phone as well.
