Frequent External Security Camera Disconnection

Since updating my WiFi router I am getting frequent disconnection messages. The discussonections last between a few mintues and 30 minutes typically. The new WiFi produces a stronger signal than the old one at the location of the camera. Two other cameras, one further away, do not experience the same issues.
