Hello, Our Wi-Fi thermostat has stopped working and we are without any heating. We are both over 70 years old and are experiencing great discomfort. I have done all the checks listed on your script and to put it bluntly your thermostat is at fault. The display no longer shows the temperature indicating a component has failed. Please help the outside temperature is only 3C and it is raining. Thank you
