App won’t display qr code

Trying to change the wifi configuration of my presence camera and it says I can generate the qr code in the app. When I try there is no qr code shown, and if I click “save the qr code as an image” the app crashes. Any ideas?

    You can raise a ticket and request a reset code or QR code but will need to give them the serial number on the inside of camera . This could take a few days

    ( you might be able to rename the new WiFi with same info as previous internet supply ? )

    ( Or try deleting app and reinstalling it but then you may lose all previous stored information)

    Good luck as change of WiFi can upset the system and might not be able to get back on .

    I’ve raised this via a support ticket and no one has got back to me. This was over a week ago.

    The behaviour you’re seeing in the app is identical to me.
