I have the same issue. Tried also all the possible home fixes. From resetting everything and using 2.4GHz on the router. Curiously waiting for a solution otherwise the product is unusable.

Perhaps Netatmo needs to replace our monitors with ones that work.

Does anyone even monitor this Help Center? 🤷🏾‍♂️

It does work, it is just old product that they didn't care to properly update. When I opened it and saw that it has micro-USB I already had a bad impression. It is not allowed to sell in the EU since the end of 2024. Also that it has to use 2.4G explains a lot.
Anyways I just managed to make it work.
You have to plug it to a computer if you can get a USB-A  to micro-USB cable.
Then download the NetatmoWizard program from https://home.netatmo.com/ and run it.
You can find it under Settings->Setup Wizard->Aircare
