After attempting now three tickets reporting issues with a replacement outdoor module that has only lasted a year without getting a response in weeks am reassessing using all the netatmo products I have. The new outdoor module has lasted only a year before failing.
having been a very long time user the lack of response to what simply looks like a module failure and would be an easy replacement i found very surprising
not great service and is making me reassess the use of the products i have.
Time for me to move on I think.
after years of great service and great product support in the past I am shocked by the lack of responses.
