Customer support is an absolute nightmare - Advance Software defect

Hello, I've been waiting for a response from customer service since March 5th. No response at all. If you really depend on it, you're lost, and I would seriously reconsider whether I would ever use Netatmo again. My Indoor Advance camera has a software defect and switches from IR mode back to color every 20 seconds, even in complete darkness, and then back to IR mode again after 5 seconds. I have no idea how long the mechanics will last, as this has been happening for almost 4 weeks now during nighttime. Any suggestions to fix this? The camera was ordered 14.04.25 and is not even 1 year old. Best regards
