Heating system disappeared from my account after Home + Control app

Hello,

I need help with my Netatmo Energy system.

After installing the new Home + Control app and trying to change the temperature in one room, the app crashed.

Since then:

  • I cannot see any devices in my Netatmo account (web or app)
  • The app asks me to “request access from the owner”
  • I am the only owner of the system
  • My radiator valves (9 valves) still work and display temperature normally
  • The relay restarts (white blinking after reconnecting power)

It looks like my home has been disconnected from my account during migration.

I already contacted support three times but received no reply.

Could someone from Netatmo support please check my account and reassign my heating system to it?
