Linking with HomeKit issue

Hi, since downloading your new app my Netatmo Thermostat will not link with HomeKit. The issue I have got is the screen has stopped working and no longer generates a new code to pair the device. Can you please help me to fix the issue and link the app back with my HomeKit. Thank you.
