Warranty claim request – Netatmo Outdoor Module not working

I am contacting you regarding a defective Netatmo Outdoor Module purchased directly from your online shop.

The device stopped working after approximately one year of normal use. I have already replaced the batteries and performed basic troubleshooting steps, but the module is no longer responding and is not detected by the system.

As the product is still within the 2-year warranty period under EU consumer law, I would like to request a warranty replacement or repair.

I can provide purchase details, the serial number and any additional information if required.
