My Netatmo smart video doorbell keeps pulsating green

I asked my local electrician and he confirmed that my old doorbell had 12 VAC coming from the transformer at the electrical center in the house and that the gray and black thick cables mounted to an old doorbell to point 0  and 3, on the "top side" (up), while the old doorbell cables go from 0 and 2 closing the circuit for the door bell when pressing the button.

I tried connecting Netatmo to 1 and 2, that is the one cable going to the doorbell and an empty plint/connection point on the doorbell making it a parallel coupling to the ringmachine. However, the doorbell keeps pulsating green, rather than being either white or green constantly.

I then tried to reset netatmo, where it worked, the netatmo went from pulsing green to solid green, then turned off, whereby I pushed the reset button to red and released it on solid green, so reseting works. But, once back on the mount outside, it was just pulsating green. So, I am gonna try one last thing, and that is to order a new microSDHC 32 GB card rather than the one that came with the package.

If that doesn't work, I either want some assistance from Netatmo or a new Netatmo smart video door bell, but, I'll wait and see if replacing microSDHC card will help. It simply doesn't work when trying to add it to the Home Security app, it just says that it cannot be found.

"My old system is a mechanical doorbell with an external transformer, with gray and black "thick" cables coming to the doorbell in the box on point 0 and 3, top side, and the push button cables coming from 0 and 2, and I tried connecting my netatmo video doorbell to 1 and 2, and the VAC to the doorbell is 12 VAC.
