Dear Netatmo Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my Netatmo Welcome camera. The device appears to be stuck, with the green LED constantly on, and I am unable to connect it to the app or access it from my computer.

I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

  • Formatting the SD card
  • Keeping the camera connected to the internet via Ethernet cable for several days
  • Attempting to reconnect and reset the device multiple times
