disconnected
Hello Netatmo Support,
I’m honestly getting quite frustrated with my indoor camera.
It constantly has issues staying connected to WiFi. I go through the setup multiple times, it connects successfully, and I can see the live video feed without any problems. But then, after around 15–30 minutes (sometimes a bit longer), it suddenly disconnects again.
When I check the app, it shows a WiFi error. However, this is not an issue with my network — all my other devices remain connected without any interruptions.
For example, right now I see:

Østergade disconnected
The camera is only about 4 meters from the router and connected to a 2.4 GHz network, so signal strength should not be a problem.
This issue keeps repeating and makes the camera unreliable for actual monitoring.

I would really appreciate a clear explanation and a solution to fix this.
