Mine has been showing this for days now. Even though I'm on the other side of the world :-)On the top desktop. The details are fine.

I don't know. I couldn't find any Netatmo repair service. I bought a new one. But this is definitely my last attempt and the last chance I give Netatmo. Too expensive to replace in such a short time.
