Yes even if wifi is down the camera records to the sd card and sends it to the cloud once connected.

Yes you can , but not sure if you can add to apple HomeKit . I had to delete my HomeKit in order to add the second location camera

I will check this out when I visit . The indoor camera is on the app but was never linked to the siren outdoor light in the set up process . I will set the siren to go off when an intrusion occurs ...

Go for the siren but don’t necessarily set it as active - I think you can only get refurbished older non siren models ?

I’ve had a quick read of your question and hope it’s not too late to answer . The siren can be set to go off in specific detection modes eg human car or animal - there is also “ other” eg movements...
