After the latest update (Feb 2026), it's even worse. The event video playback is distorted in both small preview and full screen.

The previews are back, but the video playing has a distorted aspect ratio, even when played full screen.

I have the same problem as tfioreze in his screenshot. The update from January 28th did not help, the problem still persists.
