Second "home" required for Bticino with Netatmo

Dear community,

I recently bought the Bticino Classe 300EOS with Netatmo system and integrated it into my "Home & Security" app. I already have a Netatmo smart system (3 indoor, 1 outdoor camera, sensors and siren) installed and connected to HomeKit. When installing the Bticino system, it always creates a second "home" in the app with a different name. 

I don't see any option to merge these "homes" or to add the Bticino system to my existing home. Is that possible?

    I am also a Bticino Classe 300EOS user from the very beginning. Unfortunately, the problem you mentioned has existed since the beginning. I have already reported it to Netatmo Support, but the software problem has not yet been resolved. The only workaround that allows all devices in the same house to be displayed together is to add all devices to the house created by the Bticino Classe 300EOS. Unfortunately, this is very laborious, as all devices have to be removed from the old house and assigned to the "created" house by the Bticino Classe 300EOS.

    Dear Rindi,

    thanks for your help. Removing the devices and adding them to the new home helped. Now I only have one home available in the app and connected to HomeKit.

    Hello! I recently purchased a Classe 300 EOS and I haven't found a way to sync it with HomeKit. Could you explain to me how to do this? There was no QR code to add it to HomeKit and customer service hasn't given me a solution. Thanks!

    In my oppinion there is no possibility to integrate the functions of Classe 300 EOS itself to Apple HomeKit, I don’t have any QR-Code either. You have to use the security app of netatmo to use the remote functionality of the Classe 300 EOS.
