can take some time to take it's first measurement

The application is connected for the first time with the Indoor Air Quality Monitor and displays the error message

"Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor can take some time to take its first measurement. More help about this issue."

It has now been +12 hours since the installation and the "More help about this issue" button seems not to be working (non-clickable). Is there any possibility to give an elaboration here, or otherwise instructions for re-installation?
