connection error ERR_NO_SSID

I have a different internet provider and a new DECO XE75 Pro. I have restarted the Netatmo Health Coach and tried to add a new product, but it doesn’t help. It still returns an error message. Please advice.

    I have a new deco x60 and get err no ssid sat 2.4ghz but no connection
