CO2 not showing in graph data
Hi There,
We have just set up another Weather station, 1 x main internal monitor, 1 x external and 1 x bedroom monitor.
2 Issues with the units
1- Master Bedroom CO2 monitor is displaying temp, CO2 and humidity in the vertical view on the app. But when moving phone to the landscape view, it will only display temperature, humidity, no CO2 data. This is unfortunate as we are needing the monitor to record the CO2 data as we are increasing the air tightness of the home.
2- The second issue is that the outdoor unit is only displaying the air quality number. It is not displaying the temp or humidity? See
Master Bedroom shows Temp
Master Bedroom shows humidity
The CO2 graph is not showing any data
If you can provide a resolution to the current non display of the CO2 data as we are relying on this to check IAQ.
Many thanks Richard

I had installed the brand new batteries that were supplied with the unit. I have changed them for another 4 brand new batteries but the unit is still showing low batteries. I have checked all 4 brand new Duracell batteries that were supplied with the unit and they are holding a full charge. Please see photos below.
I also had a question on the Outdoor unit not displaying the temperature on the main screen? Can you advise on this.
Also when the app is placed into the landscape view, the outdoor unit is not showing up at all. Please see 2 photos below. One is from another home we are monitoring which clearly shows the Outdoor data
Image below shows the other Weather station that we have in another clients home that is showing the Outdoor data in the landscape view of the app.
Can someone please let me know how we can get these issues sorted out or can I send them back and get replacements. We are also having issues of the Bedroom unit not advising that there is no internet connection, so we are losing valuable data which is becoming very annoying. The original Netatmo that we had in the same house for 1 year never had any issues and now sits in another home which we are monitoring. (Efficiency First Study Home 2). The only issue that we have with the units in this home is we need to call the owners to change the batteries, which we have only had to do once.
If someone from Netatmo can follow up on these issues as I need to get the units collecting the data for publishing. We are also just about to put them into another home which we have remodeled, a 1950's home which we have done a large energy efficient make over and need to collect the CO2 data as the home is super airtight with an air permeability of AP 2.1m3/hr.m2 @ 50Pa. So its of high importance that we get the new Weather station units working correctly before we install them into the clients home.
I look forward to hearing from someone soon.
