Get historical data of Turin

Hi, i want to access to weather data (temperature, humidity, wind..) measured in Turin in august 2023 with an interval of one hour. I tried to use the code https://nobodyinperson.gitlab.io/python3-patatmo/ but the error is patatmo.api.errors.ApiResponseError: unauthorized_client. How can i resolve?

Furthermore, i want to understand how many stations there are in the municipality of Turin and how can i access to their past data.
