I hope someone had the same issue and can help resolving it.
For the door bell we use a Bticino Classe 300 EOS and the standard is working fine: I can talk to the person and see who is there at the indoor station. However, when someone rings the door bell, the Netatmo Security app notifies me and rings, but I do not see any video and I can not let someone in. I just see a black screen.
The network is connected and the signal is strong, I run latest firmware and latest iOS version on my iPhone.
I also tried different devices, but could not get it resolved.
Any tips available?
