True temperature is not working

I can now apply the True Temperarature offset through "Home + Control" app but nothing is changing (I have 4 smart valves, tried on 3 but none is working). 

Entering the web app on my.netatmo.com I cannot find the True Temperarature option. 

Dear Netatmo, could you please help me?

    True temperature is not working for 4 month now. Changes are only saved for one day. The next day True temperature is resetet. I not recommend these radiator values.

    Same problem for me. true temperature does provide just a temporary adjustment, few hours later the reading is wrong again.

    I do confirm: it works just few Hours.

    Anybody from netatmo can give us a feedback?
