defective outdoor lighting
After several attempts to contact them, I have to say that Netatmo refuses to help me. I'm looking for a solution because my device is defective and under warranty. Are others experiencing the same problem with this manufacturer?

Yes I’ve got the same exact issue with the LED light no longer working, and same unresponsive support regarding warranty claim.
Edit: Eventually they have got back to me and issued a refund having sent it back, send a message via their support website and they will hopefully respond
