"Device release request - Smarther Thermostat"

Hello, I have a Legrand Smarther Thermostat (with Netatmo). The device was initially connected with one email account. Later, it was reconnected with a different email. After some time, it disconnected by itself Now I cannot reconnect it to the Home + Control app. The thermostat does not complete the reset process and seems to still be linked to a previous account. In the Thermostat app, there is no home associated with my current email account. Could you please release (unlink) the device from any previous account so I can set it up again?
