If the valve was before added to the app and removed because you had some connectivity problems you cannot add it again it has a number and the wireless sign when you reinsert the batteries, netatm...

I got the same problems with 2 valves now after replacing batteries they lost contact with the relay, I deleted them from the app and tried to add again, putting close to relay etc, nothing works, ...
