I've had a new boiler fitted and the relay is connecting with the thermostat but not the app. The message on app. says Netatmo relay is unreachable. Any ideas please.
Follow the instructions in the app to reset the wifi connection, maybe setting it up again helps.

That's. Done that and still not finding it. Strange thing is the thermostat is picking up my schedule.

That means it has access to the internet and the account details are correct.
So your problem solely lies with your phone, apparently.
Have you deleted the app and installed it fresh?

I've changed the relay from old boiler to the new one but now I cannot connect it again to the app.

Hello, I have the same problem since a couple of days now! I am trying to reach out by raising tickets and emails and yet no-one has responded. It is -3 degrees outside and I have no heating at my place since 2 days ago. I think no one is taking it seriously and this is driving me crazy as I cannot stay or eat at my place. Hope a person and not a robot will contact me!

I‘m just a civilian, sitting in another country than Netatmo, who got „Community moderator“ status because he participated a ton in the old forum 😅
