Why videos of our Doorbell cannot be played or downloaded - neither in Web-App (Browser) on PC nor in App für Android "Security".

App says: "An error occurred, please try again later"

Playing or downloading never works.

    I have the same issue since a few weeks. it is not on Android but on iPhone and iPad.
    If the latest update has something to do, I could not say but it worked always in the past. Strange and not convenient!
    Please could support look into this issue???

    A technical Specialist from Netatmo analyzed and wrote:

    Hello gruberjoe, any news from the specialist?
    Perhaps buying the SD Card as such would be the right thing to do?

    did Netatmo provide a new SD card? I have the same issue, except that the error message says ‚Video footage failed to download - This video is already downloading‘

    Hi!

    Yes, Netatmo provided new SD card.

    Remark: The last SD card, which I bought from Netatmo, was not "industrial", the new one is "industrial".
