Relay not connecting to WiFi
I recently noticed that my relay is not connecting to the app. I tried several times to reconnect to the wifi. But it is not working. The error message on the app is "Unable to connect to the Domain Name System (DNS)".
I would highly appreciate it if someone from Netamo can get back to me with a resolution in less than a few days. From previous correspondence there was no response for over 3 weeks! I hope this has improved.

My 2cts, open a ticket.. that's the only solution I know to have an answer

Hi, is there any solutions for that. Last week I have same problem. I checked Wi-Fi, reinstall app, restart router and nothing happened. What I can do now?
I ordered a new one (Thermostate and relay) but the problem was the same: Relay not detected! Frustrated because once the system functioned flawlessly. Connecting to Customer Service is like climbing the Himalaya: lots of oxygen and time needed. I lost confidence in a solution. Which is quite a problem: Replacing the thermostat and 4 valves ...?
