Same problem here. Both the outdoor cameras, the window sensors and the smoke detectors loose their signal several times at day and night. And the useless notifications are driving us mad.
Issue starts since the last great update of the application.

Same here. Thought it was because of the WLAN, set it to 2.4 GHz only; no change. Plugged it to Ethernet cable; still the same.
Will try fixed IP next, but this is bugging.
The same story. Worked fine for more then 2 years, recently started disconnecting 2-3 times per day.

We have the same problem
I have two cameras now, one is working fine, and the other has this bugging issue of disconnecting.
So it's definately NOT the network or the setup.
But what is it then ?
Switching off/on, resetting, reinstalling, firmware upgrade all did not help ...
