Thermostat not connecting to Relay

Tried WiFI reset on Relay, but still not connecting to Thermostat. Changed batteries in Thermostat, but still not connecting to Relay. Still getting error not reachable. Checked battery contacts, no oxidation there. Please help. Would be great if Relay could manually trigger heating (switch on) without thermostat.
