Does the new design also manage your help desk.

I have posted four requests for help where my supplier has recommended that I contact Netatmo direct as they are not able to connect my thermostats to the relay using your technical published recommendations for connection, each acknowledged request having been received. This is over a four month period.Our supplier is no longer replying and we need help please!

Two of our thermostats had their screens degrade in separate incidents over time, requiring expensive replacement although less than three years old, very very disappointed.
