Set up new weather station

I have set up weather stations in Norway and in Italy. Now, I am trying to set up a 3 station in Thailand. However, the setup process does not move beyond blinking white/powering up! I try again and disconnect the cable first, but same thing happens! How to proceed?

My problem resolved. I changed my WiFi from 5 to 2.4G
