Problem with shrill beep from disconnecting / reconnecting camera

Hallo netatmo-team,

we have several netatmo security devices in use and are generally satisfied.
But there is a serious problem:
All cameras disconnect and reconnect sometimes for no reason at all.
And sometimes there is one camera that disconnects and reconnects very often throughout all night- and day-times (see the attached screenshots).
The problem is, that this is always accompanied by a loud, shrill beep that we can't get rid of.
Hence we very often hear the loud, shrill beep in the middle of the night and of course we can't turn off all our smart devices that we need for many purposes (alarm clock, phone, etc.).

Meanwhile we avoided buying any more cameras (which we would actually need) because we couldn't bear to receive any more shrill beeps.
Of course we set all the "alarms" to "ignore".
And the disconnecting camera is located directly next to the router, to which all other cameras are equally and stably connected.
I hope you can help.

Kind regards
Christin

Same problem here. I'm so incredibly unhappy with all the security-products since the update!
Not only the two outdoor cameras loose their signals both at the same time. Several times a day - and most annoying at night - the window/door-sensors loose their signal too. And same problem with the smoke detectors.
Most of the time it lasts just a few minutes till they regain it. Sometimes it's about an our till they start again. But all these unnerving and useless notifications are allerting us just for nothing. And both of our mobile phones ring just seconds apart.
We got the sensors about two years ago, but the issues with the notifications ocurred just after the update. Since then we decided to turn the indoor camera off. So at least one less device rings.
I was planning on buying a third outdoor camera, but not under these circumstances. We are overthinking to sell all the devices and buy any other system.

we still have this serious problem with some of our indoor cameras:
All cameras disconnect and reconnect sometimes for no reason at all.
If you think it's the WiFi-Connection or electricity, I must tell you, that 3 cameras are connected to the same WiFi and the same Power-supply, but they are never disconnecting together.
The problem is, that this is always accompanied by a loud, shrill beep that we can't get rid of. Hence we very often hear the loud, shrill beep in the middle of the night.
Of course we've set all the "alarms" to "ignore".
Therefore the main problem is, that we can't turn off that shrill beep.
That's the minimum you need to do so that people can really decide about any alarms they want to receive.
    Kind regards
    Christina
