It’s been days since one of my welcome cameras got stuck with the streaming led on. Can’t reset it following the given procedure (turning it upside down won’t have any effect). Already deleted it from the Apple home devices but I still have it on the Netatmo Security app which is claiming the video streaming is not available and that the camera is not connected.
I have the same problem in 1 Welcome out of 8 Netatmo Welcomes and Presences all of a sudden. No network setting have changed and the other cameras are fine.
The camera is no longer accessible and the light turns solid Red whether it's rebooted, turned upside down, and with or without SD card. I even downloaded the MacOS installer, connected the camera using just the USB cable, with both the camera and computer connected via Ethernet to the router. Nothing happens. The MacOS Netatmo configuration app just says "Check your internet connection" which is absurd since I've tried Ethernet, Wifi and both at the same time and the connection is fine.
Any clues? Very frustrating that an expensive camera is failing with no ability to diagnose it.

I’ve been in touch with the assistance following all the procedures they gave me (that includes the windows installer with all possible variations) but in the end they don’t know what else to do and suggested to get in touch with the reseller and if bought via the netatmo website to present the receipt. The camera is out of warranty and now I think it’s just a peace of not working tech sitting on my kitchen counter. It’d be much appreciated if they could have the not working one back (in order to refurb it and put it on the market again) and provide a new one (even a refurbed one) for a reasonable price. Don’t think it’s going to happen.

the same problem here :( no documentation on this problem and as above it suddenly appeared without any action. a firmware bug or planned obsolescence as it only affects only one of my cams. any help will be gratefully accepted.
