Netatmo Presence restore recordings while bad wireless connection

Lukas

Hey,

I use a Netatmo Presence camera for my garden. Unfortunately, I have the problem that it often connects to the wrong access point on my network (Fritz devices). This problem is not the reason for my post, but the result of this problem.
Last night (Monday to Tuesday) our garden shed, which was monitored by the Netatmo Presence, was broken into. During the break-in, the camera was connected to a distant repeater at 1 Mb/s, as I discovered this morning. As a result, I can't see any video footage of the break-in in the Netatmo app. No recordings were uploaded to Apple HomeKit Secure Video, nor were any recordings uploaded to the SFTP server.
By switching off the remote repeater / restarting the camera, I was able to reconnect the camera to a better repeater, but this did not result in the videos being visible. New videos from today (Tuesday) as well as videos before the connection change (Sunday) are visible without any problems - only the required Monday is unfortunately missing.
Does anyone have any idea how I can access the recordings? Did the camera perhaps not make any recordings at all with the poor Internet connection, despite the internal SD card?
Many thanks for your help!

Most likely it didn’t record. I also had a burglar last week but my alarm scared him away. The presence did not record but they seldom do since the previous update, they are now just rubbish. I have mesh routers just 1m away from my cameras that shows RSSI of -31. It can’t get stronger than this with a connection of 54mbit on wifi 2.4ghz and a fiber connection of 500mbit. The cameras worked well before the update but now that are totally useless
