Scheduled notification not working. I set it from 8:00pm to 6:00am but when I log back into the app it is change back from 1am to 8am. Despite this I am still getting notifications outside these times. It has only stopped working recently. What is going on Netatmo ? Please help.
My camera doesn’t record people after dark which is a big problem for a security camera, I emailed Netatmo and haven’t received a reply so i have until Wednesday 6th November (30 days) to return to vendor which I plan to do, This is my second Netatmo Presence which I purchased has my old camera also didn’t record people after dark and I thought it was due to the age of the camera but obviously not. They definitely have a problem with software and aren’t sorting it out.
I've also been suffering from the "no video available" issue across 3 cameras (2x Presence cameras and 1x Welcome camera). All previously worked fine, the issue started when I changed my wi-fi password. No matter what I do I can't resolve it and I've spent hours trying.
I've started customer service conversation on Oct 14th but haven't heard from them in 2 weeks despite chasing them. So disappointing.
Has anyone found a solution?
I did find a thread about another issue where a user shared an email response from Netatmo. Within this email Netatmo state that the cameras can be locked flowing a network change/update.
"This mechanism was implemented with one of the last firmware to prevent anyone from being able to use the device if it gets stolen. This happens when it detects it connects to a different network."
Lastly they say that they can "unlock it manually" seemingly remotely.
However, no-one in the support team in my discussions has confirmed this despite me asking directly about it.
I would love to know if this is the case.
si ho ricevuto aiuto da netatmo. immediata risposta .ok.. ma non risolutiva . posto la mia soluzione formattare sd sempre prima di reinserirla riavviare la videocamera dalla corrente elettrica. fondamentale la potenza wifi almeno 3 tacche . controlla router che sia presente la videocamera. al momento funziona alla perfezione non so x uanto tempo . NB la videocamera alla riaccensione dopo 5 secondi di luce fissa deve emettere luce ad intermittenza la luce indica modalità apprendimento altrimenti e' inutile fare qualsiasi cosa . usare il qr code reset o installazione
Hi, I have a problem with my Netatmo outdoor camera
When I connect the 230V power supply, the camera does not start but only flashes.
It worked for several months otherwise.

IR stopped working. WhatsApp can i do?
The CMOS of my cameras consistently fail after 2 or 3 years. Previously the Netatmo support was pretty reactive but now very slow and not responding anymore. Very annoying for a premium product. Could you please reach out to your support collegue to help on my incident, please?
I was used to a very good support from Netatmo eve if I was surprised to see the camera regularly fail after 2-3 years. Now the Netatmo support has become inexistant anymore. Very disappointing!!
